Trustee Elections in March

This coming March 17th marks the annual DPC elections.  Please come out and elect your next board for the coming year.  If you wish to run for trustee, let the nominating committee know of their intentions.  The committee consists of Ken Ransbottom, Mike Suhar, and Ken Lawson.  Of course, you can come to the elections and add your name to the ballot the night of the election.  I hope to see you there.

DPC Currency Information

As of Sunday, March 7th, 2004, our Safety Officer sent the board a compiled list of all members whose records are current and are not current.  On Page 3 you will find a list of members that need to provide what types of information to the DPC Safety Officer.  Any member NOT LISTED on PAGE 3 is CURRENT.
Please send any required information in with your next payment.  Be sure to include your member number on every page.

NOTE: Any member who does not have the required copy of their Pilots License, copy of their Medical, a DPC Annual Flight Review, and Safety Meeting on file will not be allowed to fly DPC Aircraft as of April 1st, 2004 and will not be able to schedule DPC aircraft.  Remember, you are not considered legal if DPC does not have this information on file.

March Elections

I encourage all of you to come elect your next board.  DPC has a very busy year ahead that includes a real possibility of replacing one or more aircraft, continued debt reduction, possibly reducing the fleet by one, etc.  It is an exciting time as DPC is getting back on its feet with improved safety, reduced insurance costs, money in the bank for engine replacements, etc.  Make your vote count as it will help drive the decisions to be made on the items listed above.
