Features of the Dayton Pilots' Club

All aircraft are hangared.
All aircraft are IFR equipped.
All aircraft are well equipped including GPS, RNav, and DME.
Members are covered by insurance.
Aircraft can be scheduled by the hour, day or week. Also advanced scheduling is accessible (over 1 month in advance).
Based at Dayton Wright Brothers Airport (Formerly Dayton General Airport South).
DPC instructors are available for: Primary, Instrument, Advanced Training.

Why Join Dayton Pilots' Club?

We are proud to have a well established and well maintained flying club since 1958. We offer well equipped airplanes at a reduced cost by shared ownership.

We also offer safety seminars, monthly meetings, newsletters, social events and fellowship with other pilots. In addition, we have a list of instructors that would be happy to instruct the student pilot, instrument, or advanced pilot.

We welcome pilots from zero time primary students to those with thousands of hours.

Membership Fees

$53.50 Non-refundable Deposit (Including $3.50 Ohio sales tax).
$740.00 Refundable membership share--Refundable upon leaving the club.
$80.00 Monthly dues (Including $5.23 Ohio sales tax).

Flying rate information

The flying rates, which are shown for each aircraft under "Available Aircraft", are based on tachometer time, representing a savings of 10 - 15 % over Hobbs "clock" time. Price includes fuel and oil. Flying rates are adjusted periodically to reflect actual current operating costs of operation. Monthly dues are currently set at $80.00 per month including sales tax, and may go up or down depending upon fixed costs of operation.
